How to wash Charlyto products?

Step by step guide on how to safely wash Charlyto products. In this section you will find all the advice to best preserve your 4-legged friend’s accessories.

Harnesses, collars and leashes

Harnesses, collars and leashes can be washed by hand or in the washing machine, on the delicate cycle. Important thing: DO NOT SPIN.

We then recommend using a delicate and ecological detergent, cold water or at room temperature.

For drying, choose a dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent the colors from fading. NO DRYER..

Poobi and Pret a porter

Poobi and Pret a porter can be washed, but be very careful. The material they are made of: Piñatex, is extremely delicate. To successfully remove stains and encrustations we recommend using one smooth sponge soaked in a little water and a pinch of ecological detergent. If the stain persists, leave them to soak for 5/10 minutes.

Happy Snack

Happy Snack can be washed but pay a little attention. The material, vegan leather, is in fact particularly delicate. For effective washing we therefore recommend removing any stains with a smooth sponge soaked in a little water and a pinch of ecological detergent. If the stain persists, leave it to soak for 5/10 minutes.

Lappo

Lappo can be washed by hand or in the washing machine on a delicate cycle. Choose an eco-friendly and gentle detergent. Use cold or room temperature water for both washes. Important: DO NOT SPIN

RE-DogMat

RE-DogMat can be washed by hand or in the washing machine on a delicate cycle. For the first wash use only cold water, while in subsequent washes you can increase the temperature up to 30°. Always choose a gentle eco-friendly detergent. Important thing: DO NOT SPIN.

Linu’s Blanket

Linu’s Blanket can be washed by hand or in the washing machine on a delicate cycle with a water temperature of 30°. Always choose a gentle eco-friendly detergent. Important thing: No dryer.

Asciugami

Towels can be washed by hand or in the washing machine on a delicate cycle with a water temperature of 30°/40°. Always choose a gentle eco-friendly detergent. Important thing: no dryer.

Charlyto product guarantee

Charlyto products are guaranteed for 2 years for any defect, breakage or anything else that does not fall within physiological wear and tear, and provided that the event occurs within the correct use of the object. Charlyto therefore reserves the right to verify its correct use. What is meant by incorrect use of the product? chewed product, failure to follow washing instructions, alterations, repairs or unauthorized manipulation.

The presentation of the receipt, or invoice for the product, is an essential condition to benefit from the guarantee.

Damaged products must be returned clean, by telephone agreement, by post to Charlyto. Products received in poor hygienic conditions will be rejected.

We remind you that each Charlyto item is produced by hand. Small imperfections, depressions and ripples in the surface are deliberately present and show the characteristic craftsmanship that distinguishes our products.

Do you need to repair a Charlyto product that is out of warranty? We’ll think about it

Charlyto also provides a repair and restoration service, to the extent possible, even for products that are outside the warranty period.

Also in this case the items must be returned clean, by telephone agreement, by post to Charlyto. Products received in poor hygienic conditions will be rejected.

The cost of the repair varies depending on the product and depending on the repair to be carried out.
